These are the times we may find ourselves retreating to a world of seclusion and trying to seek the answers within our own souls...when perhaps we should be seeking the guidance from our friends, or our families, or perhaps in the guidance from above.

Perhaps we are so engulfed within our own prison that we cannot see a simple solution to that which has overtaken our lives...and that is often the time that someone else, from the outside, could see so much more clearly and give us the help we are seeking.

Never be afraid to share your innermost fears, or concerns with others. You might be surprised how many people in our lives are more than willing to be there in our hours of need...ready to help us...ready to alleviate this mountain of emotions that we find impossible to undertake...for we all need someone in our lives from time to time...a friend, our family, or God up above!
