Faith by Raylene Boggs

Many times my faith has dropped so low
And I seemed to feel all was lost
I didn’t even bother to kneel and pray
Or didn’t bother to count the cost

Faith is the hopes of things unseen
But you believe that they’re really true
I’m trying Lord I really am
But I need You to help me through

Give me a measure of faith I pray
And all doubts be cast aside
Give me a song again to sing
For in my heart You abide

I am so weak God is so strong
No comparison between the two
But through Him I can do all things
That’s good and honest and true

But when I’m down and heavy laden
I need Your Hand to hold, lest I fall
I need a shoulder for to lean on
Lord You can supply them all

Use me I’ll be there doing what I can
I’ll need strength so I can stand
Lord I know from where it comes
By eyes of faith I see your hand
