Today's Message: "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee"
The words rang out as 107 Kentucky Christian Women sang their praises in two
Louisville, Kentucky churches this Sunday.
It was a wonderful choral retreat as we learned about 12 new songs in a day and
a half. It was a marvelous experience to share our talents and be a part
of worshiping with other Christian women.
Thoughts to ponder: a Mountain Wings Original
How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the
striving, and tolerant of the weak and strong.
Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.
~George Washington Carver, American inventor and horticulturist~
Thought for the day shared by Josh Hinds:
Problems are good, not bad. Welcome them and become the solution.
So True: Shared by Barbara Weymouth
A friend is someone who knows the song in your
heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.
Spiritual Truth sent in
by Guy Finley:
Here is a great spiritual
truth: The only time we ever "fail" at anything in our lives is when
we walk away from a challenge before we've allowed it to teach us its lessons.
Spiritual
uplifting question from Joe Mazzella:
Would you bless this world with your smile, your kind words, your
optimism, your enthusiasm, your laughter, your joy, your light, your talents,
your energy, your cheerfulness, and your love? Would you do your best moment
by moment, all though your day, and all though your life to be the person God
meant for you to be?
