Today's Message: Getting Acquainted
Recently I went to Gatlinburg, Tenn. to meet a group of strangers that I met online. The group, Sisters by Choice started several years ago and they decided to fianally meet in person. We rented a chateau and had a glorious time getting acquainted. We came from all over; Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky. We each brought a special gift for an unmet friend. We played, laughed, ate, laughed, toured the sites, laughed, ate, enjoyed natures beauty, ate, laughed, found some pets and nearly brought them home, sang, laughed, ate, shared precious moments, took lots of pictures and laughed some more. It was a delightful time. It is phenomenal to have the opportunity of meeting someone whom you have "talked" to online. It brought a special closeness to the group. Cherished memories.
