Today's Message: "Alone"
Sometimes we find ourselves alone, even in a busy mall or within a group gathering. If you are feeling lonesome or left out, you might begin to feel yourself going down in the dumps. As you catch yourself having these feelings, you don't have to accept those feelings but can change them. If you are alone this Valentines day, here is a wonderful message to lift up your spirits - a Mountain Wings original: "Alone". http://www.mountainwings.com/past/4044.htm

Quotes worth Repeating:

* "If you learned from losing, it wasn't a loss." Brian G. Jett

* "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams" Yvonne Costa

* "May I never get to busy in my own affairs that I fail to respond to the needs of others with kindness and compassion." Thomas Jefferson

* "You owe it to yourself and to the rest of the world to share that special gift that is you." Scott Weinstein

*"Do not look at problems as stumbling blocks but as stepping stones."
