Today’s Message – My Focus
I have read and been told that whatever you focus on, you will receive.
Lately I have been struggling with physical pain and mood swings (bi/polar).
Currently I am Pain Free and emotional level.
I plan to continue being pain free and hope to remain stable
so I have written some new affirmations…

My focus
I am Pain Free!!!
I am Centered!!!
I am being Creative!!!
I am Enjoying Life!!!
I am an instrument of healing!!!
I am providing a place for others to share their thoughts!!!
I am getting adequate sleep!!!
I am alert during the day!!!
I am providing my body the nourishment it needs!!!
I am providing my body the gentle movement it requires!!!
I am speaking softly with kindness!!!
I am learning to listen with an open mind.
I am open to God creative inspiration!!!
I am being expressive of the love that is within me!!!
I am learning to love myself!!!
I am happy!!!
Yes, I am!!!
