  Dear Friends, Welcome to the first issue of Emerging Courageous Newsletter.

Two weeks ago, I tried to share with you "Healing Affirmations" in Emerging Courageous Online Magazine and lost them while downloading them. Then I left to attend  a Christian Women's Fellowship Quadrenniel Assembly in Louisville, Kentucky along with 3500 energized women.  It was ironic that while at the Assemby, I attended several "Healing Workshop" which I didn't know were being offered - Spiritual Healing, Healing of Physical Illness, Healing of Relationships, and I led two workshops on the Healing Power of Meditation. In my workshop, I asked the women to share their experiences of the techniques they used to open themselves to the word of God through Meditation. As we tapped into the God within, we listened to God's message to us. As we "touched" one another, we "touched" the hand of God. When we left, we were changed by the experience.

  There were many stories shared at the Quadrennial by the participants and the Gathering Presenters. As we share our stories, we help others along their Life's Journey. That is what I hope to do through my site and now this newsletter. The theme of the Quadrennial Assembly was "Reshape, Renew and Unleash". I have been reshaped by the QA experience, renewed by the phenomenal women and am now unleashing my newsletter as I share my thoughts and insights and provide an opportunity for others also to share.
