Previously: Roy and Jo make plans for their annerversary Authors Notes: After saying goodbye Joanne and Roy left for a night of planned romance leaving Roger in charge of their home and two of their children. It was soon supper time and because Nicci had refused, Roger and Jenny were forced to share a delishous fried Chicken dinner that Joanne had set out just before she left with Roy. While being able to hear the loud heavy metal music coming from the room below Roger sat and studied the girl in front of him. Jenny reminded him so much of Nicci when she was just a little one. " Are you done sweety?" he asked seeing Jenny get up from the table " Yeah, I'm done." She answered putting her plate in the sink, then hurrying down the hall to her bedroom As night fell darkness surrounded the DeSoto home. and with the exception of Nicci's music it was pieceful. Looking at his watch and seeing that is was going on eleven thirty Roger decided it was time for some useful shut eye. Before going to the room where he would be sleeping he quietly walked into Jenny's room. She looked so small and so innocent sleeping in a ball. These qualities is what drove him to his harmful and life scarring acts. Crunching down at the side of her bed he took in the sweet smell of her hair. Placing his hand lightly on her head he could feel the softness of her strawberry blonde hair. " What are you doing in here? " Jenny asked sleeply " Oh I thought I'd come and make sure your safe and warm." His words were spoken soft and kind. " You are a very pretty girl and so sweet I could eat you all up." Roger said feeding her a line. " Jenny you dont have to stay asleep if you dont want to." " But it's past my bed time." Jenny said with a yarn " Shhhh...my sweet its okay, it's not a school night." " Are you sure?" Jenny asked " What do you want to do?" " I thought we'd play a game." He smile. " Game , but I dont how to play." Jenny said innocently " Oh thats okay Sweetness, I'll teach you. I'll even let you win." Roger assured giving her a deceitful smile ............Meanwhile...... Feeling the hunger pains after skipping supper , all Nicci could do is toss and turn. Giving up on any sleep, she sat up in her bed and reached over to turn on the side table lamp. Giving in to her hunger Nicci climbed out of bed and headed to the basement stairs to seek out any left over chicken that may have been left behind. Not seeing any lights shine down She quietly walked up . Opening the door of the fridge she quickly scanned it contents. Oh yeah that's what I'm talkin bout. She thought to herself reaching for the nourishment. All without warning she stopped being able to hear an unfamiliar noise. Starting her investigation to search out the noise she headed down the hall. As she got closer she realized that the sound she heard was in fact the voice of Roger. With the soft glow of the night light Nicci stood just inside of Jenny's room. All the fear and anger swept through her as she seen her little sister laying on her back with her legs in a frog position, Roger who had her under his control by caressing Jenny's delicate folds of flesh hidden by the thin layer of fabric and lace. With fire coming from the very depth of her soul Nicci exploded." GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER." she demanded pushing Roger back hard enough to cause him to loose his footing and fall to the floor. Before Roger had the chance to get to his feet, Nicci raised her foot kicking him in the face." YOU SON OF A BITCH YOU LEAVE HER ALONE." Feeling the pain that her foot had caused Roger slowly got to his feet. In rage he raised his fist striking Nicci in the face hard enough to cause her to fly back against the dresser making a portion of the nick nacks that rested on top to shatter as they hit the floor." YOU FUCKING BITCH." Roger advanced grabbing Nicci's arms shoving her back repeatedly against the mirror. " DO WHAT YOU WANT TO ME, YOU'VE ALREADY FUCKED UP MY LIFE. I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU DO THE SAME TO HER." Nicci said standing her ground " Oh is that right." Roger snarled as he grabbed Nicci by a hand full of hair forcing her to leave the room with him ............ Throwing Nicci to the floor Roger flashed her his famous cold smile while fighting to undo his belt. " I'll teach you to disrespect me." He scolded lifting Nicci's night shirt up and over her head exposing her copper toned skin. Feeding off her screams of terror Roger continued to swing his belt vigorously connecting with her naked flesh. When complete he cut another sick smile as he looked into her fear filled eyes. " You think your big enough to stop me?" He snickered grabbing her again by the arms. Then shoving her on the bed he bagan his brutal attack. With her tears falling down her cheeks, she cried " No No no...." All she could do is lay there swallowed in fear as she felt him go deep inside her loins. All she wanted to do is die. In her mind she searched for that special place that kept her safe from her living hell. But as time would have it she lost her way and so was forced to fill every ounce of that was being dished to her. ...... Upstairs, huttled in the corner of her bed Jenny could hear Nicci's screams of horror coming from the vent. She wanted so much to help her big sister but in the end she couldn't. Feeling so small she sobbed. " I want my daddy." escaped her lips ......... Using every bit of energy she had left Nicci ignored the pain and slowly made her way upstairs. Forgetting about her hunger she walked down the hall to Jenny's room. For she had meant it when she said that she wasn't going to let Roger get to her. " Are you okay?" Jenny asked fearful " I'm fine, dont you worry." Nicci assured as she slowly crawled up next to her baby sister. " Let's get some sleep okay." she ended craddleing Jenny in her arm before they fell fast asleep. TBC |
