| John and Jean were children of Robert and Anne (Polson) Henderson. They came to Stormont around 1847 Their father died young of heart disease. His boat was wrecked on Goodwin Sands.He lived in the rigging 3 days, got seriously chilled and died while loading a boat with other men. Elisha and Jean had 11 children Jean's grandmother was Lady Jean Gordon of Aberdeen, Scotland |
