How To Read from a Cup:
1. Prepare a cup of tea loose tea leaves or grind coffee. Use a rounded teaspoon per person. Make it right in the cup and watch it the color deepen.
2. You can use any old cup if you want, Ive heard that you should use a special cup but I dont and it works just fine for me. But if you want to thats alright too.
3. Sip your cup and leave only a small amount of liquid. Consider your question mentally. Think about it and concentrate.. Holding the cup in your left hand and the handle right in front of you, swirl the liquid three times clockwise, sweeping the leaves up to the rim of the cup without spilling it.
4. Invert the cup into the saucer, holding it for a count of seven and letting the liquid drain away. Turn the cup right side up. Concentrate on the cup, and look into it with eyes unfocused. Relax . . After the few minutes of unfocused observation images will start show themselves. Follow your instincts as to the images in the cup, if one image makes you feel a certain way that is an excellent guide for determining its meaning.
