I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!
Yay! I did it! I hit my goal weight for May (May 20 to be exact). I weigh 304. I'm so excited this morning (never thought I'd be excited to weigh 304 but it sure as hell beats the 313 plus I weighed weeks ago). I found the right combo of diet and exercise. Dr. Phil IS a god. LOL. A short morning workout (15-20 minutes of aerobics w/weights.. the one mile or dance to boost metabolism) and a 45 min workout after I'm done eating for the day with or without weights (to burn off calories from the day and work on the fat). Keeping the calories under 1500 a day and mostly fat free. I'm finding out I can have the good stuff as long as it's fat or sugar free and it's in very small doses. this is not nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be, the dieting isn't always easy but I can do it.
