Well, I had a good time today. I have only been home about a 1/2 hour. I wish I could have stayed but my poor son was soooo tired and I had to take Patrick to work. Maverick didn't make it two minutes in the car. As soon as we were moving he was out like a light, poor little guy. Just too many people and excitement down at the park for him to sleep. He's very much a creature of habit and routine. Has to have quiet to sleep. He was good today, though, I was proud. Of course he was pretty well contained in the playpen, he hasn't figured out how to climb out of it yet. Dayanera is the one who gave me the heart attack. I turn around and she's gone. I got ten more grey hairs in that moment I swear. My heart was beating a mile a minute and my stomach dropped into my feet. But she had fun and that's what counts.

It was so nice to see everybody. I didn't get a chance to sit and yak with everyone, so those of you I didn't get a chance to talk to, I'm sorry. I didn't get to talk to Robyn much, Cc, Rose, Kim L., or Selestia. I hope I get a chance to at the next thing we do. I'm thinking I want to have a bbq/pool party some time this summer and I hope you guys can come. I'm going to do it after patrick finishes my fire pit area.

I did get to spend some time with the Lauras, Amanda, Kim N. (who I haven't seen in forever and miss), the new girls, etc. It was so great getting to talk to you guys. I hadn't realized how much I've been missing the socializing lately. Everyone looked really cute today. Alot of us had our "witch uniforms" on. LOL. The peasant skirt and tank top or something similar. We all were looking pretty good, if I do say so myself. LOL, We are all on diets.. that's what it is. Laura D. remarked to me that the food was alot different this year. More healthy than it was last year. It's cause we are all on diets and exercise programs. So does that mean that next year we'll all look like super models? Bet we could get an even bigger turn out if that happens. *grin*.  We could put out a swimsuit calendar to raise money for the Samhain party... LMAO... think anyone would buy one? Ever seen Calendar Girls? Now that would be funny. Sorry, sometimes my brain can take an odd turn. Anyway, I'll probably be seeing some of you next weekend anyway. I told James I'd come to the Grove next Sunday. Hey James, find out if that's at Gurlach and email me, would ya?

Well, anyway, it was a beautiful day and I had a good time. Laura and Kim did a good job. I'll put the eggs in the closet again so I can forget where they are for next year. LOL. I'll be searching the house for them again, I'm sure.
