The Emerald Division is the southern most division in the KIWIN'S District. We have 8 clubs: Poway High, Rancho Bernardo, Mt. Carmel, Our Lady Peace, Otay Ranch, La Costa Canyon, Mt. Miguel and Bonita Vista!
We are very proud of the service we perform and of our clubs. The 2004-2005 Lt. Governor is Anna Nyugen.
