Website Deleted

What happened?

On March 9th 2007 at approximately 12:30 AM (CST) my entire website was deleted due to a "terms of service" violation. Upon requesting a reason for the deletion, I was sent the fallowing e-mail:
Hello,

Thank you for writing to Yahoo! GeoCities.

Usage of your Yahoo! account was recently identified to be in violation of the GeoCities Terms of Service, and your site and account were shut down. The GeoCities Terms of Service states that you cannot use your GeoCities site to link any other page, whether inside or beyond Yahoo! and/or GeoCities.

We have reactivated your service to allow you access to your files. Please remove all links you have on the site within 48 hours. If these links are not removed, your account may be closed again after this time.

Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! Customer Care.

Regards,

Theo

In order to cooperate with the GeoCities Terms of Service, I have deleted my website. I do not know if I will be creating a new site yet. This restriction pretty much makes making any kind of website impossible. What site has only one page? How is it that any of the other GeoCities users are NOT in violation of this as well?

I believe that until this issue is resolved, I will be unable to make use of GeoCities service

This section is in direct violation with the GeoCities Terms of Service.  The fact that all the wizards automatically create it leads me to question why geocities is intentionally trying to cause their users to violate their terms of service. It also leads me to wonder why the other sites exist and mine was deleted.
