| HAPPY DAYS Chapter One: Geralds Dream. A tall skinny man with a white moustache and glasses, walked over to his T.V and switched it on. The news reader sighed: Today over a hundred overlanders of Mobius have been slaughted due to terrorist action. It all went off in a church, a church is said to be a holy place not until it was filled with death. A group of teenage boys between the ages 14-19 walked in the church, shouting, they they pulled a machete out of the coats a caused havock, 98 church goers are ok unharmed, 10 injured and over a hundred killed! The boys have been caught and are on death row. People say you can buy weapons from the MARKET PLACE. Why did the offices put a stop to it before hand. Another incident involving enemy soldiers, are threatening a nuclear war, even the animals will be involved in this one. The TV went quite in the background and Gerald said to himself,"All this pain and suffering, teenagers commiting murder, Nuclear warfare, how violent, how much more sadness can these pople take." Gerald stood up and walked over to the window. Outside he could see small children squabbling over sweets, Lovers falling out.He wanted to put a stop to all of that. Chapter Two: Space Colony ARK It took quite a few years to build tons and tons of metal, ready to orbit Mobius. Gerald had two sons John Ivo and Peter Kintobor, John married to Rachel Ivo, together they had a son Julian Ivo. Peter married Jenifer they had a child Maria she was a very sick child. Professer Gerald along with G.U.N created two weapons 'Project Shadow' and 'Biolizard', not known to gun was that these two were capeable of mass destruction. Maria was Dying of neoron disease, it is a cripiling disease with no cure yet...but he wanted her fate to be changed. Chapter Three: Good Friends. "Maria I would like you to meet Shadow hedgehog, he's a cute little fella isn't he?" Proffesser Gerald asked smiling. "Awwww, hes so cute", Maria squalled as she squeezed the red and black hegdehog.The hedgehog just smiled and returned the hug. Both children ran down the corridors laughing as children do, they played hide and seek. "We'll be best friends forever won't we Maria?" Shadow asked. "Always" the girl panted. Gerald was so happy that both Shadow and Maria were friends, but his memory sadnened him, one day Maria would have to leave him and Shadow and this would destroy them inside. Chapter Four: Bedtime. Maria would sleep on her own she would be in pain, Shadow heard this and sneaked into her room, both of them hugged each other and went to sleep. Gerald saw this and it brought a smile to his face, Shadow would do anything to help Maria. Chapter Five: Biolizard But in the darkest laboratory, there was a lizard, who wasn't loving he was evil but dying. G.U.N ordered Gerald to put BIOLIZARD on a life support machine. Biolizard could destroy the earth he was the real ultimate life form. Happy Days: Part ll The BIOLIZARD, had to be looked after well, that was G.U.N.S orders, but what they didn't know is that the BIOLIZARD was a powerful destructive weapon, that could destroy a whole planet in less than a week! If G.U.N. was to realise that the BIOLIZARD was cable of such thing G.U.N would shut down Professor Gerald's research and Space colony ARK. 'PROJECT SHADOW' Gerald also created a prototype weapon SHADOW he to was capable of mass destruction he was a weapon as well .G.U.N. was not too interested in him! Chapter Six: Meet the Crew. The head of all research was Professor Gerald; you have already met him and his dream. Maria his 11 year old and sick granddaughter, she had blue eyes, and wavy light brown hair. Jennifer Maria's mother had straight blond hair. Doctor James Tate, a very strange quiet, sly, selfish scientist. With a spiked up fringe he had light brown hair. And Shadow the Ultimate life form, best friend to Maria. Chapter Seven: Dashing about. Gerald looked out into space and thinking of how beautiful it was! Deep in thought until something disturbed him, banging, footsteps and laughter. He turned around and looked at Jennifer who was writing, a report. The professor raised an eyebrow, and sighed "Kids" "Hmmm should we check up on them?" "No, it's nice to hear children's laughter!" Gerald said smiling and turning to look out to space. "Found ya!" Maria laughed. "Ha! gettin' good at this game aren't you" Shadow laughed he was surprised, she wasn't that good at hide and seek before! "Yep! Your are a good teacher!" "How about you go hide, and watch a pro, at work?!" "I can't watch you'll see me silly" Maria laughed. "....Oh yeah..." "count to a 100 and come and find me!" Maria ran through all the rooms looking for the perfect hiding place, she looked in the cupboards, but she would not fit, then she had a great idea." I know I'll hide in the kitchen!" the girl thought to her self, when she got to the kitchen she was a little tired. Shadow stood still for a while thinking of all the hiding places she could be, he thought of the kitchen straight away! "What are you doin' 'ere, you stupid girl?" Doctor Tate snapped. "Huh, I.I.I am sorry I was just hidin'." "Really!" "Yes sir, leave me alone or I will tell me grandpa..!" "If you do, can you remember what will happen to naughty girls who open their mouth?" "You lock them in with the monster in the lab!" the girl whimpered. "Hey leave her alone" Shadow snapped. " Whatever, she is use less any way" the doctor said walking away. "What is that guys problem?" Shadow asked. "...He is always being nasty to me, he won't leave me alone." "Who cares about him, we'll be best friends forever!" "Always?" "Yes" Gerald walked in "oh there, it's time for your tests. "awwwwwww, not fair!" Maria sighed During the tests on Maria Shadow held her hand, when he did this Maria felt safe. Maria would rather have shadow holding her hand than her own mother Jennifer. After that he would take her to bed and read her a bedtime story, and she would go straight to sleep! Chapter Eight: The rest was blacked out this is what he could remember. "SHADOW WAKE UPPPP!" Maria screamed shaking the hedgehog awake. Shadow could here sirens and red lights flashing and in the distance he could hear a woman's voice, it was the computer saying. DANGER IN LEVELS 1,2,3,4,5, EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY. "What is going on Maria?" Shadow asked. "No time to explain, we must get to the pods now there is only two left", Maria replied. Shadow grabbed her hand and started running towards the pods, they got to the evacuation corridor until Bang. "AHHHHHH!" Maria screamed, she fell into Shadows arms. "MARIA?" Shadow looked around but there was nobody in sight, who could have shot such a gentle girl? Shadow picked Maria up, she had been shot in the chest! And bleeding badly. They got into the evacuation room. Shadow stood her back up. "Please get in the pod Shadow!" Maria demanded. "But . . ." "Shadow please!" Shadow got in the pod first, Maria walked over to the control panel, she fell to her knees she was getting dizzy, she managed to stand back up. They could hear loud footsteps in the distance; she turned around and shouted "Do it for me make all the people of mobius happy!" Two men stormed in armed with machine guns watched as Maria slammed her fist down on the control panel. The men pointed the gun to her. "NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Shadow screamed. A few tears fell down Maria's cheeks, she fell down to her knee for the last time, "Shadow!" the girl cried as she fell to the ground. "Stupid girl, we were too late, did you put a tracking devise on the pod soldier?" the soldier asked, he was not masked like the others, he had light brown hair with his fringe spiked up. Who was he? "YES SIR!" The soldiers in the basement found the BIOLIZARD. The BIOLIZARD was in pain and not breathing properly, the soldier with the spiked up fringe came in, "FIND THE LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE NOW," he demanded. ______________________________________________________________________ To Be Continued...? |
