I have all the signs of KUNDALINI RISING or AWAKENING�.
Many individuals whose Kundalini has been unexpectedly unleashed DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, and the prevailing social ignorance about this multidimensional transformative process makes it hard to find medical or alternative health practitioners or spiritual advisors who recognize the symptoms, particularly when they are strongly physical. Many people know that the risen Kundalini flings open gates to all sorts of mystical, paranormal and magical vistas but few realize it can also dramatically impact the body. You will experience long bouts of strange illness as well as radical mental, emotional, interpersonal, psychic, spiritual and lifestyle changes. Over and again we hear stories of frustrating, sometimes desperate visits to doctors, healers, counselors, etc. who neither understood nor were able to help with the myriad pains and problems catalyzed by raging Kundalini.
Others find the concept of "Kundalini" foreign and prefer to simply call this their "awakening," which is fine. We each have a unique way of interpreting, honoring and describing our spiritual wisdom. I do not believe there is only one right way to know or express the truth. Far more important, I believe, is to have an open heart and to be faithful to our own spiritual path with GOD, with JESUS CHRIST.
For some people like me , profound spiritual realizations do not occur until months or years after the other signs and symptoms. Individuals who are having experiences of an obvious spiritual nature are usually more able to integrate and benefit from the process, regardless of how they may label it. But those who experience what seems to be illness or weird psychic phenomena often are very alarmed until they understand that they are not sick or crazy. And even the enlightening and beautiful experiences can be so powerful that people doubt their sanity.
Persons with awakened or awakening Kundalini whose primary interest is other than God, the Divine, Truth, the Absolute, may wish to seek guidance in directing their energy to a spiritual life more suited to their goals. Those whose desire is for God will want to allow Kundalini the freedom to act unhindered and arrange their lives to accommodate this energy.
In the age in which we live, both of these propositions are fraught with difficulty. Some who seek God and whose Kundalini is awakened may have practical problems that interfere with going ahead with this path, while others, whose primary interest lies elsewhere, find the path to achieving their goals disrupted by Kundalini and full of obstacles. People often find that their energy is aimed in one direction and their lives in another. This conflict seems to be prevalent in our time.
If you find yourself in this situation and believe that your Kundalini is awakening, please know that these conflicts may be resolved with sincere effort in determining what it is that you really want in your life. This is not as easy as it sounds. Many personal aims are superficial to deeper ones that have been forgotten. It is extremely important that you discover what lies beneath the desires that you are aware of. Only by following their trails to the end will you know what kind of information and guidance to accept and to follow.
Sometimes it�s not enough to say, �Well, of course, everyone�s ultimate desire is for God/the Divine/Truth.� While this statement is certainly true, nothing in this life is that black or white. Life is lived in a relative world, and while it exists simultaneously with the Absolute, it is still a phenomena consisting of the relationship of one thing with another, with one person and another. Life as we know it is in the dimension of the relative. It moves, it advances.
Somewhere in the spectrum that extends between the black and the white lies the answer to your most demanding questions, the ones that won�t leave you alone. While the ultimate answers can only come from you, the asking is sometimes the catalyst to their emergence.
Once Kundalini is awake, She wants to rise in order to bring you to your natural state of eternal happiness. But in trying to move upward She encounters walls, or barriers. These barriers are first pierced, and then evolved so that She can continue on Her way.
At first this is only a scouting trip, a partial ascent, ending in Her settling down once more before trying again. After more attempts, clearing the way as She goes and finding the way more and more open to Her, She eventually establishes Her home in a higher place and gets down to serious business. Now, real evolution begins � evolution of the body, the emotions, the mind, the whole being. At this point, you�re headed for eternal happiness.
