Poetry By ANgela D Brown
Scorned
Oh wretched lover, whom betrayed my trust,
To cross my path would be your mistake,
I curse you liar, for the demon you are.
Only my warmth can comfort your cold,
And one day when you find that you needed me,
So go on with your life you lying mortal,

Now in immortality this heart doeth lust,
To see thy body turned into dust,
To die and decay, with your lying lips shut.
Because your life I surely would take,
And suck out your blood, for your lying hearts sake,
Yes a miserable death that you surely would hate.
That you should walk this world holding my scars.
Each time you reallize you've a hole in your heart,
Remember this curse, only my embrace will fill your arms.
And only my love can fill your empty soul.
You can look and search until you are old,
But only my love can replace that dark hole.
I will be gone and at last I will be free,
But you will regret for the days left to be,
That you ever neglected and lied to me.
My love will find a home in this portal,
This portal of life holds many immortals,
And my LOVE will find a home in this portal.
