I call this series of photos: DEATH IN THE MEADOW

I ran upon this graveyard unexpectedly and if had not been for the one visible stone you see in this first photo, I would never have seen it. It has grown up and been long forgotten. Some of the graves found here were over one hundred and fifty years old, and some only bared stones with no markings. Someone has at some point and time put in small markers to identify whom the graves belong to, but some were still left bare.
Very interesting find for me.
