| Hello... my name is Patrick, and welcome to Embody Calm in San Francisco — a quiet Noe Valley/Upper Market healing space where you can receive ß a relaxing, healing, non-sexual massage ß a gentle hands-on Reiki healing that energizes your own self-healing centers on a physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental level ß a laying-on-of-stones crystal healing that unblocks stuck energy and shifts karmic patterns ß a combination of any or all of the above. My goal is to help promote healthier external, and internal, living environments for my clients and encourage them to continue (or adopt) a well-being path of existence.
