| This is a wonderful little dip that is simple to make...if you can find the Phili Neufchatel cheese otherwise, use any Neufchatel chese you can find.. |

| INGREDIENTS: 1 pkg light Phili Neufchatel cheese, softened 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot 1 tsp parsley flakes 1/4 tsp dill (dried) 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic, minced (or 1 to 2 cloves) dash of pepper METHOD: Combine all teh ingredients until well blended. Chill and serve with either veggies or crackers. Serves: N/A |
