Shrimp Dip
I got two very similar recipes.  One from my Mom-in-Law and the other from Karen's Mom.  I since have changed them to be one yummy recipe.
Ingredients:

1  pkg Philladelphia Cream Cheese
10 fresh medium shrimp (prepare as below)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp sour cream (the rich thick stuff)
1/2 cup Helman's Light
1/4 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp paprika
dash of tabasco (optional)

Method:


Shrimp

If they are uncooked and not deveined...you must devein them.  Then  boil them until cooked (don't overcook).  Chop into pieces of the size you would like.  Set aside.

Dip

Put other ingredients in a different bowl..  Use mixer until fluffy.  Add shrimp.   Pour into a dish and chill for at least a few hours.  Serve with your choice of cracker selection.
