| ROTISSERIE ROASTS |
| Extremely good and simple...all you need is a rotisserie and a few ingredients. |
| Ingredients: Roast - steak or rib any size you want red wine - keep a bottle handy 6-8 cloves garlic Montreal Steak Spice Wood Chip box with hickory (I prefer hickory) chips Method: Slice garlic into chunks. Using a knife cut deep slits into the roast and stuff a piece or two of garlic in each slit. I like lots of garlic. Skewer the roast onto the rotisserie and place it over your rocks (or whatever heat source your bbq uses). Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice. Make sure you have been soaking the wood chips for a minimum of 15 min before you cook. Put the box with the chips in the bottom of the bbq. Set a drip tray (aluminum foil you can buy from the store) under the roast and keep refilling with wine as needed. Cook until desired doneness. Yummy |
