| RECIPE OF THE WEEK |
| Ingredients: 2 rib steaks (or any steak you desire) 1/4 cup Kikkoman soya sauce (I use the reduced salt in green bottle) make sure you use good soya not the really salty cheap stuff which Kikkoman also makes (in a black bottle that is huge) 1/8 cup real maple syrup 6-10 cloves garlic chopped fine 1/2 tbsp powdered ginger 1/2 tsp mustard powder 1/4 tsp sesame oil 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (I use a couple drops of Blair's Hot Sauce instead) 1/4-1/2 cup beer Method: Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a lasagna dish that will hold both steaks. Sit steaks in marinade for 30 min (spoon some of it on top) and then flip for another 1/2 hour. Marinade for a minimum of 1 hour outside fridge or longer in the fridge. Even after one hour this is a terrific marinade. Barbecue on grill to desired doneness. Extremely good!!!!! |

| I found this recipe on the web and altered it a bit. It is absolutely wonderful!!! I never would normally marinade a steak (especially not a rib one) but wow this is worth it!!!! |
