| I just created this yesterday. It sounds kinda nasty or questionable but it is wonderful. Very filling and a perfect fall meal!!! Morgan helped me out a bit so we share the name. |
| Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup cooked spaghetti (I break it in two first) hot pepper flakes to taste dash salt 3 ripe tomatoes (depending on size read the method) 1 can cream of mushroom soup Medium or Old Cheddar Cheese Method: Cook your spaghetti and set aside. Fry your beef and onion until browned and drain fat off. Transfer to a 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with hot pepper and salt. Layer the spaghetti on top of the beef and onion. Chop your tomatoes in small cubes and layer on top of spaghetti. Stir the soup so it isn't in the shape of the can and layer that on top of the tomatoes. Layer the cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 1/2 an hour. If the cheese starts to dry out cover up the casserole. Serves 4 |
