Aunt Helen's Hungarian Goulash
Although she is not MY Aunt Helen, this recipe has come highly recommended from Gerene!!!  Jean also highly recommends it...and if my Mom-in-Law says its good...baby you listen!!!  Enjoy!!!!
Ingredients:

2 onions
2 green peppers
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked macaroni
19 oz. tin creamed corn
28 oz. tin tomatoes
1 cup ketchup
shredded or sliced cheddar cheese (not processed)
canned or fresh mushrooms (optional)

Method:

Brown in a good sized pot (4 qt) the ground beef then add the onions and pepper then add the rest of the ingredients.  When this is all simmered together (I would say 1/2 an hour), put it into a large casserole dish and top with cheddar slices or shredded cheese.  Bake for about 1 hour in a 350 F oven.
