| INGREDIENTS: 3 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 5 slices of bread METHOD: Beat together the above ingredients. Heat your griddle to between 300 - 350 F. Dip the bread on each side, DO NOT allow it to soak, in the egg mixture and place on pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Brown each side and serve. May be served topped with brown sugar or syrup or eaten plain. Serves 2 |
