Fruits Basket-Stop!

Kyo Souma is sixteen years old. He is also Tohru's class-mate. He is in cat, an animal not in the zodiac, but which legend says would have been were it not tricked by the rat. This is why he hates Yuki so much that he often quarrel with him and at the end he will always starts a fight with him.

However he have never even won a single fight. Instead he will be beaten up; usually even with a single punch. He has tried hard and has learned martial art from his teacher for a long time but this don't help much. Despite having many months of strict training he can't even land a single blow on Yuki.

At school his rude personality and stupid acts always make people laugh. Many students like him because they think of him as a funny person and being with him will never be a moment of silent. He always creates noise. However he never realize this positive side of him. He hates himself and envies Yuki for the good things that he sees in him.

Being cursed in cat, he will transform into a cat after accidentally hug a girl. It may seems the same with the rest of the Souma family members but he suffers another curse. If the rosary bead he always wears is removed, he will turn to be a monster. This has been kept a secret and not told until the last parts of the anime.
