I am a B.Sc (Real Estate) graduate from the National University of Singapore, Class of 2002, and have obtained Second Class Honours � Upper Division. My interest in this position is sincere, and I have no doubt that I will perform well in this job should I be given a chance to do so. I am one that takes particular pride in Singapore and being Singaporean. Hence promoting Singapore comes as second nature to me. Being well travelled, I have been to many countries and have seen many things. I believe this will aid me in this job. Having held key positions in my extra curricular activities throughout my student life, I am not only well equipped with excellent analytical and leadership skills but am also a good team worker. I am also a very friendly and approachable person, and have no difficulty whatsoever in communicating with people of all ages. The standard of my English is good and writing poses no problems for me at all. I am often told that I am a resourceful and innovative person who has the enthusiastic zeal to try new things and have the spirit to bring things through.
