| My goal, musically, is to create guitar-heavy original compositions that I can share with a few good friends. Music is a hobby for me at this stage of my life, but I take my fun seriously. I enjoy what I write personally and hope that I connect with a few people along the way that dig guitar. I have been influenced by several styles of music. My first love is rock and roll with BIG guitar solos, but not the hair or the cheese! Vocally, my idols are Sammy Hagar and Freddie Mercury. From a guitar standpoint, my influences are Randy Rhoads, Joe Satriani, Edward Van Halen, Larry Carlton and Stevie Ray Vaughan. I'm now addicted to Classic Jazz on Sirius XM and also enjoy contemporary jazz. |
