Returns
 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your purchase in its unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping). Items received after 30 days will be issued a store credit. Please contact us at 604-265-6230 for our return address and to receive a return authorization number. You must include a RA# with your return or exchange.
We do not accept returns on custom, made to order or sale items. Custom and made to order items include pillowcase dresses, couture dresses, cribs, bedding and furniture.
If you need to exchange your order for any reason, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
