thousand-year-old egg with tofu

this is a very easy cold dish to prepare -- obviously not vegan-friendly though.

1. put on a plate:

      1 block of
silken tofu, sliced into bite-sized slabs

2. place on top of the tofu:

      1
thousand-year-old egg, peeled and sliced into cubes

3. mix and then pour on top of the whole thing:

      a few dashes of soy sauce
      a little drizzle of sesame oil
      a handful of thinly chopped scallions
      a small amount of chopped garlic (optional)
