mint

mint is an important herb in southeast asian cooking; there are at least 2 kinds commonly used:

spearmint
   thai: sa rra nee
   vietnamese: rau hung, rau hung lui

this is the most commonly used mint, and is available in most asian markets.

spicy mint
   vietnamese: rau hung cay

this is less common and can be found in vietnamese markets.
