dumpling filling #2 -- chive & egg

1. scramble a few eggs and cook in a pan.  the moment they cease to be gooey, remove the eggs and put them in a bowl.

2. mix with the eggs:

      a generous amount of
chinese chives, chopped to short lengths
      a small amount of ginger, peeled and finely minced
      salt to taste
      pepper to taste

3. let cool somewhat before using in dumplings.

that's it baby!
