mung bean sprouts

this the most common type of bean sprouts, and the kind i would recommend using for most recipes.  they are available in both asian and western groceries.

soy bean sprouts

soy sprouts look very similar to mung bean sprouts, but taste terrible.  i would not recommend using them for anything.  please
let me know if you find a use for this kind of bean sprouts.
