sweet banana rolls
   tagalog: turon

1. peel, cut in half lengthwise and slice into 3-inch-long pieces:

      bananas (or plantains)

2. roll a piece of banana in:

      brown sugar (or white sugar)

3. place the sugar-coated banana in the center of:

      a spring roll wrapper

4. wrap the banana as shown in the diagram; brush a little water onto the corner with your fingers just before completing the roll.  keep making rolls until you run out of ingredients.

5. deep-fry or pan-fry the rolls until golden-brown.  yum!
