Hello everybody I am Dinesh Goel, and I am a professional bodybuilding coach and trainer, along with I am a martial arts expert and having a black belt in Tae-kwan-do and Budokai. Bodybuilding is perfect combination of mind body and soul. A person should have to be balanced in all aspects along with he needs a good balanced diet to get maximum results. According to me exercises and a good diet has a ratio of 60:40. means exercises play 60% of your development and rest of the 40% is the part of a good healthy diet. So to get the perfect physique you should have adequate exercises and a balanced diet rich with green vegetables and fruits as they contains anti oxidants and according to Indian traditional bodybuilders or rather pehalwans, Milk is the best source to improve strength, its true to an extent but better go for tonned milk or fat free milk and best is to opt for soya milk as soya is a good source of proteins. Something you must know about the Abs A flat abdominal is every bodies dream. Abdominal muscles consists of upper, lower and side oblique, and each of the area is to be trained with different form of exercises. here are a few tips to get a six pack great abs. 1. Flat abs are a great support for the exercises and specially for the heavy exercises and aesthetically pleasing also. 2. Unless you eat right its of no use to go for hundreds of reps without getting any significant results. you must go for a good balanced diet with low fat moderate carbos and high proteins. 3. Cardio play a significant role in shredding the fat over the abdominals if done preferably in the morning before any meals because of the body is more apt to burn fat at that time. you can do cycling, jogging, or swimming. 4. Training exercises for the abdominals works in three different ways each for the upper, lower and side oblique. Upper abs 1) Abs crunches ( do 20-30 reps each of 3 sets) 2) Sit-ups Lower abs 3)Bent leg vertical pelvis thrust 4)Roman chair sit-ups oblique 5) Twisted crunches Lie on the ground with your knees bent at 90 degree level Interlock your fingers behind your head, take deep breath Slowly curl your torso up. Midway twist it towards right ,back to starting position and then towards left. Repeat step 3 for 22 repetitions. Do 3 sets. Here are some extras to add variety to your abs workout and could give you amazing results Body Tighteners 1.- Begin by lying on the floor on your back, with your arms above your head and legs straight out. Then pull your arms down by your side and lift your legs an inch or two above the ground. Your back should be the only part of your body touching the floor, and your lower back should be rounded and in contact with the floor. Do not let your lower back arch and come up off the floor; this would place harmful stress on your back. Hold this position for a set amount of time (between 15 and 30 seconds). Rest and repeat for the same number of seconds as before. V-ups 2. - Begin in a body tightener position, but with your arms above your head. Then using your stomach muscles, bend at the hips and bring your chest and legs up simultaneously into a V-position. Drop your arms in front of you. Then drop back into a body tightener, but do not let your arms or legs touch the ground. Repeat. Tuck-ups 3.- Begin in a body tightener position with your arms above your head. Use your stomach muscles to lift your chest and pull your knees to your chest simultaneously. Drop back into a body tightener, without touching your arms or legs to the ground.
