| As soon as I seen Turner, Saffron's sire, I knew I wanted him, and if I couldn't get Turner, I wanted a pup from him. I contacted Kelley (Al'Nair) some time ago about a pup from Turner. Finally after my long wait and Kelley's eagerness for me to have Saffron I got what I have been looking for. . Kelley called me and told me Saffron was available to me right now... I asked Kelley to give me a few day to work on my husband then I called a friend, who breeds Australian Shepherds, told her all about what Kelley had said, her only words to me were "BUY HER NOW!!" She will be the foundation for Elzear Australian Shepherds and a new and very special member of our family. |

| On August 5, 2005 I picked Saffron up from the airport, she stole my heart from the minute she jumped out of her crate and gave me a big kiss right across my face! Within 2 hours of being in her new home, she crawled up on the big chair with our daughter, who was 3 years old at the time, for a "snuggle". For a dog that hasn't been around children before she took to her like she has had small children with her from the beginning.. We are very happy with our "wiggle bum", she is a wonderful addition to our family. With her amazing temperment, and funny personality, she is going to be a great beginning for Elzear Australian Shepherds. |

| Saffron is a huge part of our family and We are very excited that she has received her CD Title at at the Edmonton Kennel Club, September 8, 2007 Now that all of her kids for her September 2006 litter, have gone to their new homes we will be working with her much more over the course of the year. We will be breeding Saffron again in late 2007/early 2008 Stud dog to be announced much later when all the plans are set. You can go to the "The Kids" page for more updated info on her first litter. Saffron was bred to TERRA-BLUE OUTA THIS WORLD aka "Mars" Thanx to Emmy Adasiewicz of Terra-Blue Australian Shepherds for letting us use Mars. This was a wonderful litter and there is a good possiblitiy to do a repeat breeding in the future |
