Dear Elwood Family;
Please note that the prices of our camps have slightly increased. This is because we are no longer sponsored by the Elwood School District. The additional cost will help us cover insurance, duplicating and mailing fees, and the hiring of an athletic trainer to our staff. We promise to offer the same quality programs as in years past. As always, this camp is primarily serving the students of the Elwood Community.

2007 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
1. Signed registration forms must be accompanied by a check or cash*
for the correct amount. (*All cash accepted)
2. All checks should be made out to the�Elwood Sports Program�
or �E.S.P.�
Please include a SEPARATE check for each session your child will attend.
4. Indicate T�Shirt size. They will be adult sizes. (XS,S,M,L,XL)
5. Please be sure to indicate the session(s) you wish to register for.
6. If you register late, t-shirts may not be available.
7. Deadline for applications is JUNE 15th.
