10. Gustave Francois Guerin was born 1812. He died 15 Jul 1856 in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana. Gustave married Marie Ursule Odile de Jumonville de Villiers about 1838.
According to a 8 Feb 1908 letter by Daniel Guerrant Miller, The family of Guerin came to Virginia about 1700 in the ship 'Nassau'.... and were members of the lesser nobility of France, and some can be traced back to the Crusaders. The family came to the US because their relation, Henry Guerin, was martyred by being 'broke on the wheel, on 22 June 1696'.
