Laws and Bylaws of the Elven Empire

1) Only one guild may you be a member of and that guild is Elven Empire

2) After 2 counts of any crime you may be banished from the empire

3) Once you leave the empire you will not be welcome back to it

4) In a case where somone is currupt report him/her directly to that persons
Commander. In such a case where the commander is currupt take the case directly to the Emperor.

5) All weddings that include an Elven Empire member must be done in the elven church or preformed
by an elven priest/captain/commander.

6) In such a case where an elf marries a non elf the non elf will be asked to drink a potion
to turn them into an elf. If they refuse then the elf is no longer married through the empire's 
eyes.

7) The only people who can directly communicate with the Royals without asking for an audience through
the methods listed below are Capt. of Imperial Army, Imperial Wizard, and other Royalty

8) In order to obtain a audience with the Royals you must contact one the the above mentioned
groups that can commune with them normally. In such a case that one is not avalible then send a
message through PM to the Royal stating

I hereby wish for an audience with your greatship if it pleases you at (time EST ONLY)

9) Those who are higher in rank must be referred to with respect.

10) Ranks will only be increased when somone of higher authority leaves or is banished. Then
based on performances somone will be chosen to take their place.

11) Exilement can be handed out by the emperor only.

12) Commanders/Royalty can request for somone to be Exiled directly through an audience or
if your rank is high enough direct communication.

13) The empress has all power as does the emperor except the empress cannot exile anyone althoug
she can convince the Emperor easily.

14) Serfs are not slaves. they are the lowest class possible for punishment only.

15) All royalty have the power to punish and/or lower ranking.

16) In the case where somone wishes to create a new sect of the empire an audience must take
place with the emperor.

17) New rules may only be added by the emperor however if you wish to suggest one or some
an audience must first be scheduled.

18) The emperor may bestow his seal to anyone he wishes in such a case the reciever can talk 
freely with the Royalty. And do any task he bids them to do.
