Ok! I only have a few rules..

1 :: You have to support the Elves! (big obvious, hehe)
2 :: You need to have a valid e-mail address!
3 :: You don't have to have a website, but if you do, please put a button up somewhere I can find it easily (ie: splash, clique, main page).
4 :: In relation to above, put a code up on your website before joining.
5 :: No direct linking please. Upload the button onto your own server.
6 :: And please no TyPiNg LiKe ThIs. I see this alot on profiles and it truly does hurt the eyes trying to make out what it says.
7 :: So I know that you read the rules (or looked at them atleast), where it says
'Second' on the form, type in Nenya.
