1. Remove the the panel you have choosed to cut.

2. Apply some masking tape to the panel, this will prevent damage to the paint, do NOT used plastic tape, it will burn and scrap your paint.

3. Draw your form with a pen.

4. Drill a hole with the drill.

*Do not make the hole in a corner, it's too hard to turn with the saw after.

6. With the jigsaw, with a metal blade of course, cut the form over the pen stencil.

7. Remove the middle piece that you just cut then remove the tape. Keep the metal piece, it is useful on some of our tutorials. You can sand the border if you want.

7. Cut a rectangle in the plexiglas that has the dimension of the hole plus 1.5" (4cm) in each side.

8. Turn the panel for have the inside side in the front of you.

9. Add a small layer of silicone on each side of the form.

10. Apply the form on the silicon.

11. Add some pressure on the windows (do not broke it).

12. Wait 24 hours and enjoy your new tuned case!

13. With a knife, cut the border of silicon and remove it with your finger.

14. You can now add tape or crown molding for hide the break of the windows.
