. why 'elusive eternity'? . I originally wanted to call this site 'Eternal Harvest' ('Harvest' being a piece of music from Final Fantasy V) but changed my mind, remembering a line on one of the Gizamaluke Bells from Final Fantasy IX - "Cherish this moment, for happiness is elusive" - and decided to integrate that into the name of the shrine, with slight modifications making it into 'Elusive Eternity'. I think it sounds pretty too ^^ . why faris? . I like Faris. She has guts, and she's not interested in being the traditional view of a princess, especially since she only finds out that she was born one after 16 or 17 years of living as a pirate. She's not afraid to speak her mind but she cares for those closest to her even if she doesn't show it very clearly. She's actually a lot like me, and that's why I like her. . why garnet? . I've wanted to make a shrine to Garnet for a long time. All the mystery surrounding her birth, her real identity and her name interests me, added to which she kicks butt with her eidolons in battle! She's beautiful and charming and she grows a lot during the game, which I like. . why krile? . Krile's one of the youngest authoritarian-like characters in the series, only 14, she's pretty and intelligent and she can talk to moogles. She's cute! ^^ . why reina? . I admire Reina's strength of character and her sheer nerve. She knows her responsibilities as a princess and she takes care of them without being as naïve as some fantasy princesses can be. She's considerate and kind and she loves animals. She's serious almost to a fault but it doesn't detract from her quality of spirit. I just love Reina! . why a princess shrine at all? . I'm a huge fantasy fan, especially Final Fantasy. I always wanted to be a princess when I was little, but since that's not possible I'm doing the closest thing and making a shrine to the princesses of FF. There are four of them and it makes for a nice number to make a shrine to. Anything more would be too much! I wanted to make shrines to three of my princesses here already, so I just threw the other one in because I like her too and it works that way ^_^ . why garnet for the first index layout? . Simple. There are more pictures of Garnet giving more choice in what layout to make as most of the FFV girls' pictures are full-length.
