I got my Bachelors degree a couple years ago, and just recently completed my Master of Psychology in both Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.
I'm interested in things ranging from incense and rituals to local live music and a glass of red wine. My music preference is diverse, but generally hits the categories of funk, reggae, hiphop, R&B, folk, bluegrass, and the like. I like many other categories as well, just not country. For the last year or so I have been teaching Hip Hop dance at the local community college. I absolutely LOVE teaching Hip Hop dance..

I am a Yoga practitioner but haven't been practicing lately as regularly as I should. I have practiced a couple different styles of Hatha Yoga, the latest being Anusara Yoga (it is fairly new to me though.)
My parents are opposites in a lot of ways, which has served as a great balance for me. My high school quote was, "I'd like to thank my mother for teaching me boundaries, and my father for letting me go." I'm blessed to have the family I do.
