| Gundam Wing is a retired TV series that used to air on Cartoon Network. It is set in 2000AD, when military power is through Mobil Suits. These Mobil Suits are gigantic machines that resemble a human, but have enormous strength and many weapons. Earth is no longer the main residence of humans. Now, people live in sadilites located in outer space called colonies. The United Earth Sphere Alliance oppresses the colonies, so five scientists develop and send to earth five technologically advanced Mobil Suits called Gundams. The pilots of these Gundams are young men, who have been trained from birth to be soldiers. They each have unique Gundams and talents. The story follows them as they try complete their mission to destroy OZ, without being caught by their numerous enemies. This anime is one of my favorites, and I recommend it. |
