The Mystic Moon Coven - a site of a actual working coven, that does have a lot of intertesting info - including basic stuff along the lines of 'how to find a teacher'. The site itself is more than a bit cluttered, but the information they have is good.

Spells and Magic - I really like this site. Desipite the fact that I prefer writing my own spells I always get good ideas from the spells listed here.
