I'm going to list books that have influenced me and, as a result, this webpage here. As time goes one I intend to write reviews these books, explaining why I like them, why I reccomend them and if there is anything the books I don't like or don't think works for me and why. I'll also try and list books that be found in most large libaries, which I do recommend you check out before going to the expense of actually buying any books. (that way you can decide if you actually like the book enough to warrent buying it).Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner
- I got this book, because a lot of people do get books by Scott Cunningham and reccomend them, combined with the fact that I'm a Solitary Witch. It's a very useful place to start out with as it covers all of the absoltle basics. Even if you want to join a coven it'd be useful to read this book, as it'll help you learn about Wicca and give a grounding in things like Sabbats. My point of view is that looking at covens you might want to join, while already understanding the basics of Wicca can only be a good thing. I know my public library has a copy of this book, if you want to try and find a copy of it in your public library first.
