Okay, more pics!! BTW, these pics don't really show the "character" of the house... like it's not immediately noticable in these pics that the posts on the front porch are logs... cool little things like that.

This is the side of the house that faces the garage... if you were standing at the garage looking towards the house this is what you'd see. The front of the house is to the left of the pic, the main road to the right. (just wanted to be sure everyone had their bearings!)
In the foreground right of the pic there's a brick wall and some planters.
To the right of that window on the main level is a door into the kitchen.
To the right of that (in the shadows) is another door that is a small entry that leads into the downstairs bathroom and the utility room. (that will make

more sense once you see the floorplan!) Upstairs those 2 windows on the left are the sunroom, the next one the master broom, then the bathroom.

Remember the windows along the left side of the front of the house? This is that part. I don't know why the panelling is there, but along that wall is the fireplace, the panelled section, then a section w/ white walls and windows. It's longer than it looks in this pic. The carpet looks kinda orange - but it's really brown.
The kitchen is located to the left of this pic... In fact so is the half bath... the living room is the length of the house on that side.

And... the windows on the left front of the house are this... You can also see the door that goes out towards the garage... the kitchen is open to the living room (a thing on my "wish list" that we didn't find very often.)... Those posts between the kitchen and the living room are pretty neat.
To the right of the center island thing is where a table sits looking out the windows to the birdies and the lake. Pretty Pretty Pretty!!! :o)

These floorplans are not to scale or anything - but they will show you the basic layout. The bedroom on the right is the master, the girls will figure out some way to share the other bedroom and the sunroom... since you have to walk through the bedroom on the left to get to the sunroom (I'm not sure if the master bedroom door is in the bedroom on the left, as I've drawn it, or not - I forget.) they will have to haggle that out if all this goes through.
