Periphrasial pleonasm
Periphrasial pleonasm:  circumlocutious, redundant, and wordy use of more words than are needed for the sense
Simply put, periphrasial pleonasm is using more words than neccessarry.  Here is an example of periphrasial plaonasm.  The following passage describes a normal and good-natured human:

Openly bipedal cephalized apernicious apyromanical bimanual unautophanous polychromatic unamenable tetronious unasperitious polyphagus unblasphemus concientious adipsomaniacal eurythymical unincendiarious  decadigital biocular omnivorus adiaphanous bipulmonary monocardiary cardiopulmonarily active unobstreperous heterotroph.
