Empiricism is the belief that nothing exists unlss it can be sensed. I don't have any opinion on the philosophy but here is a poem about it:
There lies a little doubt,
Desroying all reason,
Like cheap old plaster!
It destroys the framework of,
God and soul and love,
And takes away meaning,
From all laughter.
It says that not a thing exists,
From those fairy tales or myths,
And that nothing can be,
Without being seen!
But I think, therefore I am,
Takes its final stand,
And tries to hold up logic,
Like a bridge unseen.
But empiricism proclaims,
"Stop playing stupid games,
For I have found the fault,
In you!
You are because you think,
But you think because you are,
At least this is what I think,
That you are!"
"But see, you do not know,
Because you have no logic,
And so, can in no way,
Prove yourself!"
I think therefore I am,
You don't, therefore you ain't,
Oh, I am logic,
The ultimate saint!
